Your persona is personal. We design for consent, export, and responsible long-term stewardship.
Four commitments
- Consent first. Personality modeling, voice capture, and posthumous access each require explicit opt-in. You can revoke consent and see an audit log on your Privacy & consent page.
- Process once, delete raw uploads. External exports (email, messaging, browser history, etc.) are processed for personality insights, then raw files are removed. We store derived traits in your persona model—not a browsable copy of your inbox.
- Export on demand. Signed-in users can download a JSON account export (persona summary, consent state, and metadata). Expanded exports—including full personality models and voice samples—will follow as voice cloning ships.
- Wind-down protection. If DigitallyHere ever discontinues the service, we commit to at least 90 days notice and a bulk export window so you can retrieve your data before systems are taken offline.
Digital Neural Will
You may designate an executor and set permissions for posthumous access (view, chat, voice, export). These preferences are saved only after you grant posthumous consent. Executor activation and heir-facing access flows are on our roadmap.
What we do not do
- Sell your personal data or persona content to third parties
- Use your content to train general-purpose models for other users
- Enable posthumous chat without your documented consent and executor rules
